处理宾客投诉和特殊要求，让宾客百分百满意 ；
满足宾客、贵宾和回头客的特殊需求和要求；
高中、中等学历或同等学历，1年客房部工作经验，需参加过管理岗位的培训或有管理工作经验；
必须能掌握本地语言。
