Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the highest standards of quality in the presentation, supervision, and control of food and beverage service in the All-Day Dining Restaurant.

Build and maintain a strong, efficient, and motivated team by fostering a culture of loyalty, trust, and pride in work, with the goal of delivering exceptional service.

Act as a role model for team members by offering sound advice, guidance, and support to boost morale and performance.

Support and follow up on tasks assigned by the F&B Office, as appropriate.

Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and implement effective solutions that improve the working environment and drive higher performance.

Qualifications

Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.

 

Experience

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
