セールスチーム強化のため、新たなメンバーを募集しています。

本ポジションは、これまでのご経験やスキルに応じて
セールスコーディネーター～セールスマネージャーのいずれかの役職で採用いたします。

■ 主な業務内容

【共通】

• 法人・旅行会社・団体からの問い合わせ対応
• 見積作成・契約書作成
• 社内関連部署との調整（フロント・宿泊予約・F&Bなど）
• システム入力・データ管理（OPERA / その他ツール）

【経験に応じて】

• 既存顧客との関係構築・深耕営業
• 新規顧客の開拓
• 売上目標の設定・達成
• 市場分析・競合分析
• セールス戦略の立案・実行
• チームメンバーの指導・育成

■ 応募資格

• 基本的なPCスキル

■ Sales Coordinator – Sales Manager

■ About the role

Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Centre Midosuji is looking for a new team member to strengthen our Sales team.

Depending on your experience and skills,
you will be hired as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Manager.

■ Key Responsibilities

General responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from corporate clients, travel agents, and groups
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Coordinate with internal departments (Front Office, Reservations, F&B, etc.)
• Manage data and systems (OPERA and other tools)

Depending on experience:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Proactively acquire new business opportunities
• Set and achieve sales targets
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Coach and support team members

■ Requirements

Preferred:

• Experience in hospitality or sales
• Basic PC skills
• English communication skills
• Experience in OTA or group sales
