We are currently looking for an Security Manager to join our amazing team at Crowne Plaza West Cairo – Arkan.

Your day to day:

• Coordinate and organize the day-to-day operations of the department.
• Ensure Safety and security of guests, employees and hotel buildings.
• Crime prevention and investigation
• Security systems including security patrols, surveillance systems, door locking mechanisms,
  control of restricted areas, monitoring of master keys, etc.
• Initiating or maintaining policies and procedures for general safety and security.
• Training of staff for emergency procedures.
• Ensure all patrolling, inspection and escort duties are performed to a high standard.
• Ensure firearms and other weapons are not carried by staff when on duty.
• Ensure firearms and other weapons are not carried by Guests and visitors…etc.
• Supervise emergency drills.
• Check and analyse all incoming reports to formalize action plan.
• Ensure the all security personnel as well as hotel’s staff are adhering to P&P and security procedures..
• Coordinate with the local investigator in crimes & accident handling and investigating.
• Prepare security plan for specific events (seminar, conference,wedding etc.)

What we need from you:

• +5 years of similar experience 
• Leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Very Good knowledge of safety practices.
