  • Prepare and execute F & B sales and marketing plan

  • To be activity involved in the Hotels VIP loyalty card, data base collection

  • Following the following highest member coverage , total revenue generated

  • Tabulation of Individual member usage by restaurant

  • Actively be involved in sales calls to key clients.

  • Supervise, train and be responsible for the hotels F & B sales team.

  • Be involved in the hotels social media marketing program as it relates to F & B.

  • To possess a thorough knowledge of all F&B menus, promotions and communicational activities.

  • Prepare, manage, monitor and analyze all promotional activities.

  • Constantly obtain feedback through research from guests and colleagues and use provided information as part of the monthly SWOT analysis to increase revenues and monitor effectiveness of all promotions.

  • To maintain an updated competitor analysis and price variance report as outlined.
  • 制作不断更新的竞争对手分析和价格差异报告。
  • To digest analytical and creative suggestions from the restaurant’s table management system and propose new avenues of revenue stream on a monthly basis.
  • 吸收餐厅餐桌管理系统的分析和创造性建议,每月提出收入流的新途径。
  • To prepare the F&B Marketing & Communications plan.

  • To maintain a strong relationship with suppliers and to solicit sponsorship for events.

  • To supervise any promotion as assigned by his/ her superiors.

  • To implement a report-based analysis that will evaluate demographics, in-house vs. outside covers etc. on a monthly basis.

  • Conduct/ attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required.

  • Ensures proper maintenance and updates of F&B marketing related files as follows:

  • Collaterals and collateral request forms
  • 宣传资料及相关申请表
  • Tracking of promotions as well as pre and post P&L assumptions
  • 促销活动的跟踪文档及活动前后的损益假设数据
  • Outlet business trend related reports
  • 餐饮设施业务趋势相关的报告

Communications 沟通与传播

  • Assists in the coordination and implementation of all F&B printed materials including the hotels newsletters, posters, flyers, email marketing as well as other promotional collateral.
  • 帮助协调和落实所有餐饮部印刷资料,包括酒店时事通讯、海报、单页、营销邮件及其他推广和宣传资料。
  • Assists and supports the co-ordination of photography for advertising, collateral and public relations purposes between the hotel, advertising agency and the marketing department at corporate office.
  • 帮助、支持和协调酒店与广告公司及总部市场部之间以制作广告、宣传资料和公关为目的的摄影工作。
  • Maintains collateral presentation and signage quality and standards in accordance to hotel policy in all fronts of house areas.
  • 保证酒店各区域的宣传演示和标识的品质和标准符合酒店政策。
  • Supports the liaison between the Communications department and advertising agency on the F&B tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans.
  • 在制定餐饮战术性广告宣传活动的创意和媒体计划时,提供传播部和广告公司之间的联络支持。
  • Initiate with the Communication department all promotional details, upon instruction to ensure that necessary promotional materials (collaterals, flyers, menus, etc.) are drafted, reviewed, approved and produced in time.

  • Coordinate with Communication department for invitation to the opening ceremony of F&B activities. (if applicable)

F&B Outlet Promotions 餐饮设施的促销活动

  • Co-ordinate meetings on upcoming promotions to set the direction for each outlet.
  • 协调有关将开展的促销活动的相关会议,明确每个餐饮设施的方向。
  • Liaises with outlets for submission of proposal on upcoming special promotions.
  • 与各餐饮设施联络有关将开展的特别促销活动的方案提交。
  • Work with outlets to derive action plans for the implementation of all approved promotions.
  • 与各餐饮设施共同制定实施已批准的促销活动的行动计划。
  • Collection of post mortem for each promotion submitted by the respective outlets.
  • 收集各餐饮设施提交的每次促销活动的后期分析。
  • Assist with action plans and providing direction for each outlet to drive sales and maximizing profit for these promotions.

Media / Public Relations 媒体/公关

 

Liaises with the Communications department and assists to develop and maintain comprehensive list of media contacts.

  • Assists with execution of hotel F&B promotional events related activities.
  • 协助实施与酒店餐饮促销活动相关的活动。
  • Assists with execution of press promotional activities.
  • 协助实施新闻宣传活动。
  • Liaises with the Communications department and assists to compile and maintain press kit information for media as appropriate.
  • 与传播部联络,并协助制作和更新提供给媒体的新闻发布资料
