As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the all-day dining and in-room dining (IRD) areas in the hotel's food and beverage department.
• Ensure efficient and smooth service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen for timely food preparation.
• Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff, including servers, runners, and room service attendants.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, promotions, and operational updates.
• Schedule and manage staff shifts to meet operational needs and maintain optimal service levels.
• Provide training to staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest interaction.
• Ensure a high level of customer service in all F&B outlets, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Foster a guest-centric culture among staff, emphasizing a personalized and memorable dining experience.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs, including inventory management and wastage control.
• Implement upselling techniques and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.
• Work with management to develop and achieve financial targets.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the all-day dining and IRD menus to assist guests with selections.
• Promote menu items and special offerings to increase sales and guest engagement.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and promotions.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Facilitate staff training on safety protocols and hygiene practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Communicate effectively with all team members to relay important information and maintain a cohesive work environment.        

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

• Preferable candidates with Pre-Opening Hotel experience.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and food and beverage software.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
