Our Room Service Waiters/Waitresses are:
- Passionate about delivering great service and great food and drinks in line with Forbes Standard
- Able to work well under pressure
- Excellent communicators with an eye for detail
- Experienced with Interacting with guests to receive feedback on their dining experience and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Experienced utilizing technology and ordering platforms (Micros) efficiently to streamline the order-taking process is vital
- Willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
