Restaurant / Bar Supervisor Position at Kimpton BEM Budapest

We are seeking Restaurant and Bar Supervisors who are confident in leading a team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences through a warm welcome, inspired recommendations, and seamless service from the first course to the last—and beyond.

A Glimpse of Your Day-to-Day:

No two days are the same, but your key responsibilities will include:

Elevating each dining experience to ensure it's memorable by consistently delivering high standards with our signature flair.
Managing your outlet and team effectively, maintaining organization, and ensuring smooth operations at all times.
Stepping in to assist and ensure the delivery of exceptional food and beverage service.
Minimizing waste, promptly reporting any unsafe equipment, dwindling supplies, or safety incidents to management.
Undertaking ad-hoc duties as necessary to maintain seamless service.

What We Need From You:

Proven ability to supervise dynamic restaurant and beverage service teams.
Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must meet local legal requirements for food handling and alcohol service, including being of legal age and fluent in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills; must be warm, welcoming, and able to engage easily with guests.
