3、对设施设备认知清晰，能确认合理的维保、维修方案，快速的判断设施设备故障。
4、参加酒店范围内的各类维修和保养工作，包括酒店的新增和延伸设施。
1、执行力强，抗压力较好，具备良好的解决问题的能力。
2、拥有酒店经验者优先。
