1. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够迅速融入团队并有效开展工作。
2. 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能够快速掌握新知识和技能。
3. 熟练使用Office办公软件，如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等，具备基本的数据处理与分析能力。
4. 每周能保证至少5天的实习时间，实习周期不少于3个月。
5. 有相关实习经验或项目经验者优先考虑。
