Oversees anddirects all aspects of the Sales and Marketing activities. Responsibilitiesinclude overseeing the planning and development of promotional strategies andmarketing plans; oversee and assist with the development and implementation ofthe sales and marketing plan; management of the sales and marketing team andreporting on effectiveness of the plan. Responsibilities also require directand routine interaction with Regional Sales and Marketing office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*Produce the Annual Revenue Plan, Marketing Budgets andForecasts
*ProduceAction Plan related to the Revenue Plan to ensure Revenue Plan objectives areachieved
*Provides a professional, advisory support service tothe General Manager
*Coordinate all methods of maintaining and increasingbusiness volume. This includes advertising, sales promotion, personal selling,publicity, community relations, special sales projects, etc.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
*Demonstrated ability tointeract with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly onthe hotel, the brand and the Company.
*Problem solving, reasoning,motivating, organizational and training abilities
*Good Communication and writing skills
*Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
*5 years of relevant experience or similar supervisoryrole, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
