· Co-ordinate the maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment

· Proven experience in service management within the hotel, leisure, or related hospitality industries, with a solid understanding of recreational facility operations and workflows.

· Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to effectively motivate staff and coordinate cross-departmental collaboration.

· Detail-oriented, with exceptional customer service awareness and strong problem-solving abilities.

· Physically fit and capable of working flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.

· Relevant certifications are required (e.g., Lifeguard Certification, Water Quality Management Certificate).
