1. 负责粤菜厨房炒锅岗位的日常出品管理，确保菜品口味、火候、装盘及出品时效符合标准；
2. 参与食材验收、成本管控及出成率优化，协助编制月度菜品成本分析报告；
3. 配合厨师长完成菜单更新、档口排班、培训及突发出品问题协调处理。
1. 具备3年以上粤菜酒楼或高星级酒店炒锅岗位实操经验，有知名粤菜餐厅经历者优先；
2. 熟练掌握粤菜传统技法，能独立完成粤式热菜全流程制作；
