1.对市场销售总监直接负责，及时制定当月的销售计划，努力完成和超完成预算目标。
2.对于酒店的发展和营业额的提高提出可行性操作的建议，以最大可能提高酒店盈利。
3.详细了解酒店的服务项目、内容和服务时间。
4.清楚的了解酒店客房的状态、客房类型以及报价产品和折扣规定等方面的知识。
5.对于超预定造成客人外送，及时做好客人接送工作安排和客人安抚、回访工作。
6.及时做好协议客户合同到期的续签工作。
7.保持酒店热情待客的服务水准。
1.大专以上文化程度；3年以上销售岗位工作经验。
2.有协作精神，能和各部门协作共赢。
2.有强烈的事业心，责任感和勇于开拓的精神，拥有良好的沟通协调能力，良好英语能力。
3.精通市场开发，公共关系，经营策划，贵宾接待及形象推广等。
4.有独立组织项目营销工作能力，兼备项目策划和市场分析能力。
