6、配合宴会及餐饮部门完成大型活动、节假日的甜品供应需求。
1、具备扎实的西点、甜品制作技能，熟悉各类烘焙工艺及原料特性。
2、能独立完成饼房日常工作安排，具备基础管理协调能力。
3、对食品安全及卫生标准有严格要求，持有健康证。
4、工作细致耐心，能适应酒店行业弹性工作时间。
5、有团队合作意识，善于沟通并指导团队成员。
6、有星级酒店及同等级岗位的饼房工作经验者优先。
