宿泊予約 / Reservation Agent

ホリデイ・インエクスプレスでは、宿泊予約スタッフを募集しています。お客様の特別な体験をサポートし、快適な滞在を実現するためのお手伝いをお願いします。

業務内容:

• ゲストへの心温まる歓迎とスムーズな案内対応（主にメール、電話、フロントデスクをサポート頂く場合がございます。）
• 予約の受付と支払い処理の管理
• ゲストの要望への迅速な対応と正確な情報提供
• 問題解決と最後までお客様へのサポートを提供すること
• セールスの予約情報の管理

応募条件:

• コミュニケーション能力と問題解決能力の高さ
• 日本語がネイティブまたは堪能であること
• 英語が堪能な方（追加言語スキルは歓迎）
• 基本的なコンピュータスキルを有すること
• OPERAの予約システムのご経験（必須ではございません）

Holiday Inn Express is currently seeking reservations staff. Your role would involve supporting our guests' special experiences and ensuring their comfortable stay.

Responsibilities include:

Warmly welcoming guests and providing smooth check-in assistance (primarily through email, phone, and front desk support)
‐　Managing reservation intake and payment processing
‐　Promptly addressing guest requests and providing accurate information
‐　Offering continuous support and problem-solving assistance throughout guests' stays
‐　Managing sales reservation information
 

Qualifications:

‐　Strong communication and problem-solving skills
‐　Native or fluent Japanese speaker
‐　Proficiency in English (additional language skills are welcome)
‐　Basic computer skills required
‐　Experience with the OPERA reservation system preferred but not required
