Role Summary:
The Advisor IT Process Management is a subject matter expert in their area that provides key business consultation to stakeholders. The Advisor IT Process Management advises stakeholders on methods to identify and clarify complex business requirements. The Advisor IT Process Management is an experienced individual contributor capable of working under limited supervision.
Your Day to Day:
- Identifies and consults on complex problems to enhance process efficiency across diverse functions.
- Leads the streamlining of operational practices through analysis of current policies and business needs.
- Advises stakeholders on achieving customer objectives and optimizing workflows.
- Participates in industry groups to stay updated on trends and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Consults on process design implications and supports implementation for sustainable benefits realization.
What We Need From You:
- 10+ years of progressive experience with proficiency in multiple disciplines and technologies relevant to the position.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with expertise in statistical methods and cost-benefit analysis.
- Extensive knowledge of process mapping, business process reengineering, and systematic data investigation.
- Ability to advise stakeholders on business requirements and process improvement initiatives, with expert communication skills.
- Familiarity with market trends and technology, along with proficiency in MS Office tools and a commitment to confidentiality.
Location – Atlanta GA (Hybrid – in office 3 days a week)
The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $125,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employee.
