负责制作酒店的宣传印刷品及设计；
管理酒店的照片库，为酒店的活动负责拍摄照片并根据品牌标准编辑调整；
帮助市场传讯部保证酒店所有的印刷品、广告和设计符合品牌标准；
与合作团队（包括餐饮、会议和活动、销售、收益管理/预订）就宣传品设计及制作进行良好合作；
根据品牌标准，制作酒店和市场推广的宣传印刷品和设计；
所有的设计都应有一个时间进度表，以便有足够的时间进行校对并由高级管理人员批准；
为市场销售部提供所有宣传品和广告的设计方面的技术支持；
与市场传讯经理合作，确保所有的创意和设计是符合品牌标准；
负责酒店所有的照片拍摄和编辑工作；
管理酒店图像数据库包括官方酒店照片和活动照片等，用于酒店推广；
在设计工作上学习并经常更新创意趋势及相关信息；
妥善保管、节约使用各种美工工具、材料和设备；
有义务服从上级主管临时安排的工作及任务。
较强的平面设计及线上营销方面的知识；
较强的时间管理技巧，能够处理多重任务；
熟练使用Microsoft办公软件、电脑平面设计、相片处理和印刷编辑软件；
平面设计或相关专业的学士学位/大专学历；
至少1年相关工作经验或4年的大学教育和工作经验等效结合。
