What’s on the menu for your next career move? As our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you could be leading the charge to ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience – whether they’ve worked up an appetite for a full conference banquet or are just joining us for their favourite hot beverage
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Hands on, day to day managing of the Food & Beverage department
- Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
- Directing, coaching and developing our food & beverage team through regular feedback and goal setting
- Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices
- Multitasking to oversee our food and beverage outlets, room service, and banquet facilities
What We need from you:
- Experience working in a supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality venue
- Ability to inspire passion, enthusiasm and positiviy in the team to drive an engaged winning culture
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, being able to liase with external and internal stakeholders
- Available to work a rotating roster, this includes evenings, weekends and Public Holidays
- Have a current South Australian RSA and Food safety Certificate
- Must have working rights for Australia
