Your Day to Day
The Club InterContinental Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests in the Club Lounge. This role involves anticipating guest needs, maintaining the lounge environment, and ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of service in line with our five-star standards.
Main responsibilities include:
- Delivering personalized service to all Club Lounge guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout their stay
- Preparing and serving a selection of complimentary food and beverages, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, in accordance with hotel standards
- Ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the Club Lounge at all times, including setting up and replenishing food and beverage stations
- Engaging with guests, offering assistance and information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance their experience
- Observing and responding to guests’ needs promptly and efficiently, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
- Collaborating with other departments, such as housekeeping and culinary, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Gathering guest feedback and communicating any special requests or concerns to management to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction
What We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or culinary education is a plus
- Minimum of one year experience in a luxury hotel or similar hospitality environment, preferably in a food and beverage or guest service role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and presentation.
