We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Reservations Manager to join our team. 
As a Cluster Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing reservations for multiple properties within our cluster. This is a key role that requires exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to maximize revenue through effective reservations management.
 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Manage and optimize reservations for multiple properties within the cluster.
  • Implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Monitor booking trends, market demand, and competitor pricing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents and corporate clients.
  • Train and mentor reservation colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize reservation systems and tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business and promotions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on reservations and revenue performance.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in reservations management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation software and revenue management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
