Commis Chef (Breakfast)

Every plate has the potential to create a memory that lasts a lifetime for our guests. To deliver all this and more, we’re looking for a Commis Chef (Breakfast) with a passion for presentation, dedication to flavour and commitment to setting high standards from workspace to table and beyond. We have AM or PM shifts available for the right person.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food as per the menu and recipes
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety at all times
• Support senior chefs with kitchen duties, including mise en place and food preparation
• Ensure food is presented to the highest standards
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the kitchen manager
• Follow all health and safety and food hygiene guidelines
• Making every single meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the tastebuds
  Taking ownership for your workstation – keeping on top of supplies, equipment and waste

What We need from you:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role or ready to step up
• Available for AM shifts
• The flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts
• Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to 
• Srong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
