Your day to day

·    Operations Management:

-        Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

-        Manage reservations and seating arrangements.

-        Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

 

·    Staff Supervision:

-        Train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff.

-        Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

-        Address and resolve any staff issues or conflicts.

 

·    Customer Service:

-        Greet and assist customers, addressing any complaints or concerns.

-        Ensure a high standard of service is maintained throughout the dining experience.

-        Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.

 

·    Inventory and Supplies:

-        Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.

-        Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages.

-        Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.

 

·    Financial Management:

-        Assist in managing the restaurant’s budget and financial performance.

-        Handle cash, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.

-        Monitor and control operational costs.

 

·    Menu Management:

-        Assist in the development and updating of menus.

-        Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation.

Promote menu items and specials to guests.


What we need from you

-        Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.

-        Knowledge of food and beverage operations.

-        Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a high-end restaurant
