Your day to day
As the Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
• Conduct proper action to inquires from customers through telephone or via e-mails.
• Check daily all new reservations, cancel or change reservations, make sure information passed to relative departments are correct.
• Perform duties including preparing correspondence, maintaining files, sending faxes, email, etc.
• Maintain and update guests’ information and sales data by reservation procedures.
• Maintain high level guest service standards.
• Familiar with hotel product knowledge and activities and quality of reservations.
• Always maintain a sales attitude and maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel on all inquiries, and prioritizing up-selling.
• Check arrival guests or groups of daily, making sure the guest information, requirements and information is correct.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
