Your day to day

·         Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.

·         Designing and monitoring the work schedule of the restaurant’s team as well as annual Holiday Plan, according to the needs of each department.

·         Assist in the training and development of restaurant team members.

·         Responsible for monthly inventory.

·         Ensure that all equipment is in excellent working condition.

·         Compliance with health and safety regulations of food departments. (HACCP) 

·         Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.

What we need from you

·         At least 2 years continuous experience in a similar role, in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant

·         Extensive knowledge of HACCP and health & safety regulations of the F&B department.

·         Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language

·         Good knowledge of POS systems.

·         Excellent organizational and time management skills

·         Deep understanding of F&B processes as well as quality control.
