We’re looking for a new Front Office Manager at InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel & Residences to take ownership of delivering exceptional first impressions – managing everything from Reception and Executive Club Lounge to Bell service and Concierge services.

InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel & Residences is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the team, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is differentbut you’ll mostly be:

  • Managing and coaching your front office team with finesse to deliver memorable guest experiences and the warmest of welcomes.
  • Uphold brand excellence, ensuring impeccable service delivery and an unwavering attention to detail across every interaction with our international travelers.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations with grace and empathy, engaging with guests on a personal level to anticipate their needs and exceed their expectations, demonstrating your intuitive understanding of hospitality and care.
  • Motivate and uplift your diverse team, fostering an inclusive and empowering environment where every member feels valued and empowered to shine.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous growth and development, providing ample opportunities for team members to expand their skills and thrive within our organization.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our hotel operations, from room rates to exclusive offerings, enabling you to anticipate and fulfill the unique needs of our guests. 
  • Champion IHG guest loyalty, setting the bar high and consistently achieving excellence in IHG loyalty program benefits delivery.
  • Innovate and strategize to elevate guest experiences and drive revenue growth, drawing insights from guest feedback and market trends to craft tailored solutions that leave a lasting impression.
  • Leading budget preparation and revenue driving strategies at the front desk.

 

What we need from you

  • Demonstrated leadership acumen in the luxury hospitality sector, with a track record of at least 3 years in managerial capacities.
  • Deeply passionate about delivering exquisite service and curating unforgettable experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal finesse, adept at nurturing relationships and empowering a diverse team.
  • Innate organizational prowess and a meticulous eye for detail, complemented by the ability to thrive in dynamic and demanding settings.
  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/ Business Administration
