Housekeeping Team Leader - Six Senses Con Dao

Details:

• Involves maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, assigning tasks to villa area hosts, monitoring butler stations and attendant trolleys, and maintaining supplies and cleaning equipment. 
• Check arrival villas, supervise daily inspection programs, and prepare for heavy maintenance. 
• Communicate with other departments and perform attendant tasks when needed. 
• Report maintenance issues to the management team, and tasks are reviewed and handed over to appropriate personnel. 
• Report health and safety hazards to AHKM/HKM and recommend renovation and repair needs for villas.

Requirements:

• Diploma of high school completion.
• Two years or more in a housekeeping position in an international hotel chain or at least one year in Villa Attendant position with the property. 
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals and surfaces. 
• Ability to work with various hazardous powered and hand equipment in a safe and reliable manner. 
• Understanding of scheduling working and organization. 
• Can communicate in English.
• Must be able to work under a deadline. 
• Basic to intermediate MS Office. 
• Heavy lifting of materials may be required.
