Led by the visionary Chef Gareth Stewart, our team is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences that tantalise the senses and leave a lasting impression.
Explore your journey ahead
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and surrounding areas.
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of kitchen equipment, utensils and supplies.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing, peeling and chopping ingredients.
- Support the culinary team during service by replenishing supplies and being on top of dishwashing.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of hygiene.
What we need from you
- A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Prior experience in a kitchen stewarding or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Valid New Zealand working rights.
