The Manager of Paid Social Media will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of strategic paid social media campaigns. This role focuses on ensuring seamless delivery while enhancing channel efficiency and effectiveness to achieve optimal performance. The Manager will create and implement data-driven initiatives across various platforms to support IHG's Brands, Commercial, and Loyalty objectives. Collaboration with internal media planning, data, and analytics teams is essential to continuously innovate and refine IHG's social media strategy.
Your day to day
- Serve as the thought leader and strategist for IHG's paid social media advertising efforts across all platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc).
- Develop and implement a data-driven paid social media strategy aligned with business objectives, maximizing brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve optimal performance.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest paid social media trends, platforms, and best practices, and implement these learnings into strategies.
- Generate comprehensive reports that measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Creative Services, Content Marketing, and Media Effectiveness to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, continually testing new approaches to paid social media advertising.
What we need from you.
- 5+ years of experience in paid social media management, with a focus on travel & hospitality (preferred).
- Experience using various social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
- Proven success in managing large social media advertising budgets and maximizing performance is essential.
- Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and targeting options
- Experience with campaign management tools and reporting platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, deadline-driven environment
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $115,000 This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
