Marketing Executive (m/w/d) - Pre-Opening

Your day to day

The primary goal of the Marketing Executive position is to work alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing with a shared focused attention on continuous collaboration with key disciplines to drive top-line revenues through execution of a strategic marketing and positioning plan. This includes, the social media lead role, writing of hotel content and graphical design of collateral, management of an annual marketing plan, the execution of seasonal campaigns and offers presented through various channels and the coordination with the PR agency.

Marketing / Public Relations & Communications / Social Media

• Responsibility for the commercial plan in cooperation with the DOSM
• Developing new strategic marketing partnerships 
• Managing integrated systems as well as campaigns and promotions
• Managing cooperation with hotel’s PR agency 
• Developing media trends and execute successful campaigns and strategies 
• Managing all social media channels including content creation and building of social media campaigns 

What We Need From You

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in related field
• 2 years of related experience in marketing 
• Deep knowledge in social media management
• Lifestyle attitude and creative mind, always up to date 
• Good writing skills required
• Must speak local language(s)
