Role Purpose

Produce channel production analysis, booking lead times and pricing analysis. Assist with any additional Revenue Performance related analysis required.

Key Accountabilities

  • Analyze and forecast demand patterns for all segments. Including events, group wash, cancellations, price sensitivity/elasticity, denials/regrets and other statistics.
  • Analyze competitive pricing and behaviour to market demand.
  • Update and prepare all tools and systems and reports on daily basis or as necessary.
  • Communicate all required reporting in a clear and timely manner.
  • Perform forecasting of rooms (and other revenue streams) for all market segments and update the rooms forecast in IBP for rolling 90 days plus special events or as necessary.
  • Monitor competitors’ rates and hotel performance to support revenue strategies.
  • Track and audit all changes made to pricing changes and yield strategies .
  • Track and analysis the contribution of any of promotions, cluster campaign, major event or public holiday
  • Participate revenue meeting with Specialist.
  • Be the gatekeeper of systems and data integrity and channel parity (Periodic System Audit).
  • Assist with the annual budgeting process for RMH hotels.

Key Skills & Experiences

Required Skills –

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of hotel practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Databases, Pivot Table, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Familiar with IHG system preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications –

  • Statistics or Hotel Management knowledge preferred.

Experience –

  • Hotel experience preferred.
  • Operational experience on channel distribution.
  • Sales experience.
