Job Responsibilities岗位职责
Manages larger, focus accounts or special segments.

Identifies new or existing markets/accounts that meet property sales strategy.

Determines the account’s needsand marketing activities of each assigned market/account.

Drives/manages account transient, group and catering production through improved customer loyalty by excellent account management.

Negotiates transient rates for assigned accounts.

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
