IHGにとって日本は重要なマーケットでありその日本マーケットの成長に伴い、ディストリビューションマネージャー（日本＆韓国担当）を募集いたします。 この職務はディストリビューションシニアディレクター（在上海オフィス）の直属となります。

このポジションの業務はIHGのディストリビューション戦略のもとIHGのホテルを販売いただくディストリビューションチャネルであるパートナー（楽天、一休、じゃらん、JTBなど）との折衝や新規開拓をします。特にフォーカスするのはパートナーとの条件交渉やシステムソリューション関連の管理、レートパリティ（料金の同等性）の目標達成です。

またディストリビューションチャネルの詳細な分析と知識に基づいてエンドツーエンドの一貫したプロジェクトの必要性を定義し推進するポジションです。

Your Day to Day 

With spectacular growth in our region - which includes a newly revamped rewards program and new brands in market - and an even bigger ambition, there couldn’t be a better time to join the IHG family.

Due to growth in region and Japan being a key growth market for IHG, we have an exciting role of Distribution Manager – Japan & Korea.  The role will report into our Distribution Senior Director who will be based out of our Shanghai Support office. 

The position will support IHG distribution channel strategy by managing and developing distribution channels in Japan and Korea, including but not limited to Rakuten, Ikkyu, Jalan, JTB and others. Focus on overall distribution channel negotiations, solutions and having relevant commercial and rate parity objectives. The position will have end-to-end distribution project implementation strategy, shaping and defining the scope of a project based on detailed analysis and knowledge of the distribution channel.

- 学士号／修士号取得者優遇。関連する事業開発、アナリティクス、アカウントマネジメント、プロジェクトマネジメントにおいて少なくとも5～10年の経験

- 市場分析、洞察、結論を導き出す能力を通じて、戦略的思考を実証

- デジタル、eコマース、プロジェクトマネジメントに関する知識

- 大規模なプロジェクトを構想から実施まで組織化、計画、実行したプロジェクトマネジメント経験

What we need from you 

To be successful in this role the following skills and attributes are highly desirable.  

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree preferred; At least 5-10 years’ experience in related business development, analytics, account and project management.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking through a proven ability to analyze markets, draw insight/conclusions. 
• Demonstrated knowledge of the digital, e-commerce, project management. 
• Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation.
