We are looking for a dedicated Cluster Groups Reservation Coordinator to join our team at IHG Hotels & Resorts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing group reservations across multiple properties within the cluster, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service for all group bookings. You will work closely with the sales and front office teams to ensure a seamless experience for our guests from the moment they book to the time of their stay.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
• Handle all group reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations.
• Coordinate group bookings across multiple properties within the cluster.
• Collaborate with sales and events teams to ensure all guest requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of all group reservations and room block allocations.
• Communicate regularly with guests and clients to ensure a smooth booking process.
• Monitor group room inventory and ensure availability aligns with sales commitments.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries.
• Prepare and send group rooming lists and reports to relevant departments.
• Ensure all bookings are entered into the system correctly and promptly.
 
Requirements:
 
• Previous experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a group or cluster role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
