内装・家具のタッチペイントが出来る。

同じ作業の繰り返しであっても根気と忍耐力をもって情熱を持って業務にあたれること。

すべての人に温和に対応できる。

経験

内装関連の修繕作業の経験者/カーペット清掃作業の経験者/配管高圧洗浄作業の経験者/塗装作業の経験者/クロス張替作業の経験者

[Required Skills]

Must be good at detail work.

Must be in good health.

Requires good communication skills with team staff.

Possess knowledge of construction and furniture.

Able to handle cleaning chemicals, high pressure washing, and cleaning polishers.

Ability to replace interior cloths.

Ability to touch paint interior and furniture.

[Qualifications]

Perseverance, patience, and passion for the work, even if it is the same work over and over again.

Able to deal with all people in a friendly manner.

[Experience]

Experienced in repair work/carpet cleaning/plumbing high pressure cleaning/painting/cloth replacement.
