Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Experience Excellence:
- Be the tech hero for our guests, providing assistance with in-room technology, Wi-Fi access, and other IT-related needs.
- Resolve issues efficiently and leave a lasting impression of exceptional service.
2. Empowering Staff Success:
- Provide swift technical support to hotel staff, ensuring smooth operations across computers, software, and IT hardware.
- Conduct engaging training sessions to empower staff with IT best practices and protocols.
3. Optimizing Systems:
- Keep our technology running at peak performance by maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, servers, and devices.
- Partner with the IT Manager to plan and implement upgrades that enhance our cutting-edge infrastructure.
4. Seamless Network Management:
- Ensure our guests and staff enjoy fast, reliable connectivity by monitoring and maintaining the hotel’s network.
- Proactively identify and resolve network issues while collaborating with external partners when necessary.
5. Leading IT Security:
- Champion data security by enforcing IT policies and performing regular audits to protect sensitive information.
- Stay ahead of potential vulnerabilities to keep our systems secure.
6. Streamlining Inventory Management:
- Oversee IT inventory, from tracking equipment and licenses to assisting with the procurement of new technology.
- Ensure our tools and systems are always up-to-date and ready to perform.
7. Quick-Thinking Emergency Response:
- Be the go-to problem solver for critical IT issues, providing on-call support and working with other departments to resolve urgent situations swiftly.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
- Expertise in computer systems, networks, and IT security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- The ability to thrive under pressure and deliver solutions promptly.
