We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator who understands the importance of building a supportive and empowering workplace culture. This role focuses on providing day-to-day HR administrative support and ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout their journey with us at Kimpton BEM Budapest.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day brings something new, but your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with onboarding and welcoming new team members.

• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

• Coordinating training and development programs to support colleague growth.

• Supporting team engagement initiatives, including employee recognition programs and events.

• Assisting with the administration of the annual team member satisfaction survey.

What we need from you:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Human Resources or related fields is a plus.

• At least 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role, or a combination of education and experience.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
