•Responsible for ensuring all revenues generated in the hotel are recorded accurately and discrepancies reported on a timely basis.
•确保所有酒店记录的收入帐目准确性，并及时报告差异。日审负责察看每日收入报告，并调节所有现金和应收款项的收入情况。
•To audit daily rooms, food and beverage and other operation revenue summaries and the supporting transaction reports of the night audit process.
•审计每日客房，餐饮以及其他营业收入报表和夜审提供的系统交易明细报表。
•To audit charges to City Ledgers and Credit Card transactions before forwarding them to the Accounts Receivable section.
•在将城市挂帐和信用卡交易明细转交给应收帐之前，审计其交易收入。
•To audit revenues from Telecommunication Dept. and that charges to room guests are correctly registered. To check on the interfacing of charges if such facility is available in the Hotel computer system.
•审计电话及宽带网收入是否完全入帐，如电话计费系统与前台房帐系统联网，则须审计联网交易收入是否相符。
•To review paid-outs and rebates and allowance vouchers for reasonableness, proper approval and supporting documentation. If there are any rebates or allowance, which does not bear the required authorization, it should be brought to the attention of the Financial Controller。
•复核所有现金支付(退现)，调帐以及折扣单的合理性，审批人和相关证明依据。如任何调帐或折扣未得到授权批准，必须汇报给财务总监作调查处理。
•To audit all F & B outlet’s checks that have been voided or cancelled for explanation and approved by outlet manager.
•审计所有餐厅调帐和取消的帐单，核查调帐和取消的理由是否充分，是否得到餐厅经理的批准。
•To spot check on Food and Beverage charges against menu prices.
•抽查食品酒水的收费是否与菜谱价格一致。

•Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
•具有会计，财务，商业管理或相关的学士学位或毕业证书。
•2 years accounting experience which included reconciliation, cash management, payables, and/or receivables or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
•两年会计工作经验，包括核帐，现金管理，应付款和应收款经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
