kEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring consistent food quality and presentation
- Develop menus aligned with Holiday Inn brand standards and local guest preferences
- Oversee buffet and à la carte operations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Control food cost, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations
- Collaborate closely with F&B leadership to deliver excellent guest experiences
profile
- Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a hotel
- Strong knowledge of buffet and à la carte kitchen operations
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Passion for quality, consistency, and team development
