With panoramic views overlooking La Sagesse Bay, this resort will offer expansive indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, seamlessly combining sophisticated luxury with the island’s stunning natural beauty.

Location: Grenada. This position is not eligible for remote work.

JOB SUMMARY: 

We are seeking a warm, professional, and resourceful Concierge to join our team in Grenada. The ideal candidate will be a “friend-in-the-know,” offering personalized service and insider knowledge to create memorable guest experiences. This role is central to delivering our commitment to hospitality excellence and local engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome; assist with check-ins and check-outs as needed.
• Provide expert recommendations and make reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, tours, and local attractions.
• Coordinate guest requests including room service, spa appointments, and special arrangements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, restaurants, cultural activities, and transportation options.
• Assist with planning and organizing on-site events or guest celebrations.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and public areas.
• Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Manage deliveries, mail, and vendor services.
• Maintain logs and records of guest interactions and requests.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with San Francisco’s neighborhoods, attractions, and services.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and reservation platforms.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
