Manage daily operations, plan and assign tasks, and ensure adequate staffing at all times.
Unite the team, enhance team members’ capabilities through coaching and evaluation, and set performance and growth goals. Recognize staff for outstanding achievements.
Ensure team members adhere to compliance standards and perform their duties in accordance with IHG standards, and provide the tools necessary for efficient operations.
