Director of Operations Finance - IndoChina

Your day to day

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the hotel portfolio, ensuring strong financial discipline and delivery against business targets 
• Partner closely with Operations, Commercial, and hotel leadership teams to drive performance, identify opportunities, and maximise profitability across assets 
• Oversee financial performance through detailed analysis, benchmarking, and reporting, driving best practices and continuous improvement across hotels 
• Support and lead owner-facing discussions, including budget reviews, investment cases, and commercial negotiations, ensuring alignment and strong stakeholder relationships 
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and audit requirements, strengthening governance and minimising risk across the portfolio 
• Lead, coach, and develop finance teams across the region, building capability and a strong pipeline of finance leadership talent

What we need from you

• Significant experience in finance leadership roles, with a strong track record in financial planning, analysis, and driving business performance across complex environments 
• Proven ability to lead large, distributed teams and develop talent, with experience managing senior finance professionals and driving team performance 
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial data, identify risks and opportunities, and influence business outcomes 
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders, including owners and cross-functional leadership teams, with strong influencing and communication skills 
• Deep understanding of financial controls, compliance, and governance, with the ability to operate effectively in a regulated and standards-driven environment 
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, multi-market environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and delivery
