EAPAC Manager, F&B Concept & Innovation - Singapore

Your day to day

• Lead the end-to-end rollout of F&B innovation programmes across the region, ensuring initiatives are effectively implemented, adopted, and delivering measurable business impact
• Drive cross-functional alignment, working closely with teams across operations, marketing, development, and training to deliver integrated, cohesive brand solutions 
• Translate market insights, guest needs, and competitive trends into localised concepts that strengthen brand relevance and performance in each market 
• Establish and manage structured processes, governance forums, and reporting frameworks to track programme progress, performance, and key milestones 
• Engage and influence key stakeholders including hotel teams, owners, and internal partners to drive commitment, investment, and successful execution of initiatives 
• Support the development and refinement of brand standards, ensuring they are practical, locally relevant, and enhance both guest experience and operational efficiency

What we need from you

• Proven experience in hospitality or a related service industry, with a strong background in project management, brand management, or F&B operations (typically 6–8 years) 
• Strong strategic thinking capability with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans that drive brand performance and commercial outcomes 
• Excellent project management skills, with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and delivering against timelines and objectives 
• Highly developed stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive alignment across diverse teams and regions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and drive clarity in a matrix environment 
• Commercially astute, results-driven, and able to navigate ambiguity while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
