岗位职责/职位描述
1. 在任何时候都有清晰地销售策略意识，房价和预定的情况
Be fully aware at all times of the Selling Strategy, rates and booking status of the Hotel.

2.与酒店的各个部门保持紧密的工作联系
To develop and maintain a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.

3.高效进行预订部办公室的所有工作流程
Effectively the workflow in the Reservations office.

4.充分理解并遵守所有酒店政策和程序
Fully understand and adhere to all Hotel policies and procedures.

5.执行任何管理层给予的任何合理的任务
Perform any reasonable task as requested by Management.

.High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field. 1 year related experience or 6 months experience in reservations/front office or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
具有高中或酒店管理，商业管理或相关领域的职业证书。1年相关的工作经验，或6个月预订部或前台经验包括管理经验，或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
