Reservations Sales Team Manager

Are you an experienced BPO leader with a strong sales background who knows how to bring out the best in a team?

We’re looking for Team Leaders who can coach, motivate and develop people to deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving revenue, quality and operational goals.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing customer contact team.
• Coach sales and service behaviors that drive revenue and customer loyalty.
• Own team performance across sales, quality, productivity, attendance and schedule adherence.
• Set clear expectations and create accountability for results.
• Manage escalations and challenging performance conversations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development.
• Lead your team effectively through change.
   

What You Bring

• Proven Team Leader/people leadership experience in a BPO or contact center environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience is essential.
• 4–7 years of progressive contact center, sales or customer support experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, performance management and motivational skills.
• Good understanding of contact center KPIs.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, overnight shifts and public holidays.
