About Us

Holiday Inn Algiers – Cheraga Tower is seeking a friendly and service-oriented F&B Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team and deliver an excellent dining experience to our guests.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing professional and efficient food and beverage service, taking care of guest needs and ensuring a high standard of service in line with hotel and IHG brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Set up and clear tables according to standards.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service areas.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other F&B teams.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with IHG and hotel service standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Positive, friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Good command of French and English is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
