1. TASK EVALUATION 工作任务
   • Do minor repairs of furniture and structures (cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows, counters, walls, ceiling, and floors.).

负责家具和设施的小维修工作（柜厨、桌子、椅子、门、窗、台面、墙面、天花和地面）。

• Does painting and finishing of furniture and structures.

负责家具和设施的粉刷工作。

2. PAINTING VARNISHING上漆

• Assesses area to be worked on for choice of color, and type of paint/painted/varnished on.

       为需要粉刷的区域选择颜色、和所有的涂料/清漆类型。

• Determines type of surface of area to be shellac. 鉴别需要虫胶的表面
• Measures area of paint work to quantify amount of paint/varnish to be used. 对工作区域进行测量，预计所要的涂料/清漆的量。
• Chooses appropriate colour of paint/varnish to blend with background or as instructed.与周围颜色相配或按要求选择适当的涂料/清漆颜色。
• Determines if special treatment is required on surface to be painted. 决定某些表面是否需要进行特殊的处理
  • Ensure that relevant department is informed coordinate with the department concerned when the work will start and when expected to complete for e.g. F/O and H/K when to block and release room.

施工时应确保通知相关部门何时开工、何时完工、并与其他部门如：前厅部、客房部就何时锁房、何时放房进行协调。

3. HEALTH & SAFETY CONSCIOUS注意健康和安全 

• Ensures that safety& health procedures all times.

随时确保人身安全和健康。

•   Keeps workshop clean and tidy.保持工作间的干净整洁。
• Stores volatile & flammable material in proper manner according to dept. procedure.根据部门的操作程序，合理的保存易挥发和易燃的物品。
• Uses safety equipment when working.工作时安全操作工具。
• Reports unsafe working conditions/equipment to Maintenance & Utilities Officer for future equipment.将不安全的工作环境和设备报告上级，要求更换新的设备。

1. DISPOSAL DIRTY PAINT处理漆渍
   • Ensure that surrounding environment is not polluted by discharge of dirty paint.

确保周围的环境不被漆渍污染

• Disposes dirty paint & chemicals in appropriate manner.

用正确的方法处理漆渍和化学物品。
