  • Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures

  • Always be available to meet the organizers needs and last minute request during the operation of function

  • Follow up any guest questions or queries immediately and if you don’t know the answer, check with your Manager.
  • 满足客人的各项要求,如不能立即回答客人的问题请与经理联系。
  • Positively dealing with and learning from customer complaints and comments with follow up and feedback to the Manager.
  • 以积极的态度处理客人的投诉和建议,并及时的把反馈意见回报给经理
  • To supervise the restaurant roster on a daily basis and ensure it is in line with the changing business levels. Make any changes in order to achieve the F&B Teams service standards and budget goals.

  • Guests are conversed with in relation to the food and beverage products

  • Carries out effective beverage service by ensuring:
