In this role, you will:

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to our established menus and recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist with plating and presentation to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
• Uphold our commitment to quality and consistency.

We are looking for someone who:

• Possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced hot kitchen environment.
• Holds a relevant culinary diploma or certification (preferred).
• Demonstrates strong technical skills in food preparation, cooking methods, and knife handling.
• Has a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.
• Exhibits excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude in a busy environment.
