As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes for both All Day Dining and In-Room Dining (IRD) to the highest standards
• Oversee daily operations in both the All-Day Dining kitchen and IRD section
• Ensure consistency and quality of food presentation, following restaurant and room service menus
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff within your assigned section, ensuring proper techniques and service standards
• Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of IRD orders and restaurant services
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a safe, sanitary manner in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in developing and updating menus for both All Day Dining and IRD to reflect seasonal changes and guest preferences
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in both kitchen areas
• Monitor inventory levels for both All Day Dining and IRD, managing stock rotation and ensuring fresh, quality ingredients
• Handle special dietary requests or guest preferences with care and attention
• Contribute to maintaining a smooth workflow, particularly during peak service times
• Help in training and mentoring junior staff to enhance their skills and efficiency

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within an all-day dining or room service environment
• Culinary diploma or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary school
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including preparation of both a la carte and in-room dining menus
• Experience in working across multiple kitchen sections with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen sanitation practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards under pressure
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage inventory and order supplies efficiently
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Passion for guest satisfaction and a keen eye for detail
